Directions: Take I-40 west to Campbell Station Road exit.
Turn left on Campbell Station. Continue on Campbell Station until you reach the turn-a-round at Northshore Drive. Turn right at turn-a-round and go about two miles to caution light at Choto Road. Turn right on Choto and travel about 1/2 mile to entrance to Mallard Bay on right. Turn on Mallard Bay and go about 1/2 mile to Showhouse on left.

Parking on site

Hours: Monday - Saturday 10 A.M. - 4 P.M. and Sunday 1 - 5 P.M.

Admission: $15 at the door

Season Pass: $25

Lakeside Tea Room open for lunch 11 A.M. to 2 P.M.
Monday through Saturday

He's A Marine!

January 7th, we all drove to Paris Island in S.C. to watch my 20 year old brother Josiah graduate from marine boot camp. It was so amazing to see over 300 young men and women completely united throughout the entire ceremony. My brother left undecided, without proper confidences, and returned a confident, disciplined, determined marine, a man who, for the rest of his life be marked by his service to our country.
Words cannot express how proud I am of my brother!

Time For Some New Paintings!!!

Our lives may become increasingly more hectic through the holidays, but despite these busy days, Jonathan's still been faithfully in our backroom studio painting away! So many fun paintings have been added to the walls of my home, and to the homes of people surrounding us who also know what a treasure art is. This year many people decided that a painting was the best gift a husband could choose to bless his wife with for Christmas and so, Jonathan's work forever graces the walls of those homes.

I'm an Aunt!!!!

Born December 14th, at 5:36pm! The most precious Christmas gift arrived, my little nephew, Timothy Paul Mcconnell. He was 6lbs 14oz, and 19 1/2 inches long. We have all been relentlessly celebrating the birth of this little one.

Congratulations to the wonderful parents, my sister and brother-in-law, and my best friends, Justin and Hannah Mcconnell!

BUSY PAINTING

Hello Friends, ashamedly I must admit, that is has been a tremendous amount of time pass since I have written. We celebrate Holiday events with four groups during this time of year: My family, Jonathan's family, the college group in our church, and the youth group. As well as, in December, Jonathan and I have more shows, and events to display his art, than usual. So yes, we wake up early, stay up late, and still have more to do! But it is a fun, festive, exciting season!
I have decorated our first Christmas tree, and our home has a steady stream of Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, and the musical wonder: James Taylor.  I have finally had a moment to breath and think.... (home sick)... this is what happens when you wear yourself down, so ladies take note!! During the Holiday season it is utmost importance to SLOW down, and RELAX, enjoy Thanksgiving, enjoy Christmas, this will keep you in better spirits, and in better health! Take time to rest, and enjoy every moment, to that in looking back, you can see memories, and not a hurried blur with illness mixed in.
Anyway, my hubby has been working diligently in the studio, painting to his hears content.... and more! He has been experimenting with his landscape styles, and I must say they are coming forth beautifully!
